Meet Mr. Ephraim Herschmann
The enthusiasm is contagious when you step into Mr. Herschmann’s class and see how he can make reading and writing come alive, even for high school boys. With a degree in creative writing and literature as well as experience in business development, his strong communication and leadership skills coupled with his patient and fun nature, make his classes both informative and enjoyable.
What I do
I teach English Language Arts to the ninth and tenth grades where I try to bring out the creativity, individuality and passion for English communication and literature in all my students.
How I make a difference at YTCTE
I focus on communication, comprehension, creative writing and leadership skills – skills that my students can take with them wherever they go.
My favorite part about what I do
High school is a critical stepping stone for young men. I use the opportunity to work with each student to develop his sense of self!
