An overview of tuition, fees and discounts at YTCTE

We believe a quality Limudei Kodesh and Secular Studies education is a basic component to excellence in Chinuch. That’s why we spare no expense to ensure your child gets the finest education possible. Our approach includes hiring faculty who are skilled educators, devoted role models and experts in their field, procuring the best equipment and maintaining a curriculum that meets the highest standards of excellence. 2019-2020 Tuition Schedule

Tuition and fees subject to change for future years

Early Bird Fees Discount: There is 10% discount on the Building, Book and Security fees if paid in full or a payment plan is set up by February 12, 2019.

Pre-Payment Discount: Tuition and fees paid in full by June 11, 2019 will be eligible for a 5% discount on student tuition. Not applicable on fees.

Late Registration: Registration after February 14, 2019 will incur an additional $150 fee per child.

Financial Aid: All applications for Financial Aid must be submitted online through TADS, with all supporting documentation, by February 26. Applications submitted after this date must pay a $34 TADS fee. Applications submitted after March 19, will be charged a $100 processing fee, and all applications submitted after May 7, will be charged a $200 processing fee.

YTCTE Family Contributions

SCRIP Gift Card Family Program

The SCRIP program helps raise much-needed funds for the Yeshiva, simply by purchasing gift cards to complete your normal shopping. For each SCRIP gift card purchased through the school, our merchant partners give 6% - 18% back to YTCTE. There’s no added cost for SCRIP gift cards. A $500 card is $500.Each family is required to buy $5,000 in SCRIP gift cards each year, which generates a minimum of $300 in rebates for our school. Any orders placed by someone else on your behalf counts towards your obligation.

You may also opt out of the program by contributing $300 over the course of the school year.

The Annual Give/Get Contribution

To help us continue delivering the finest learning experience for your children, each family has an annual obligation to raise or donate $1,000 to YTCTE. $500 is due by January 1 and $500 is due by May 1. You can raise the amount, in full or in part, from friends or family members who aren’t YTCTE parents, or participate in any of our fundraising events throughout the year.

Receiving a Step Up for Students or AAA scholarship will also fulfill your Give/Get obligation.

Busing

Busing services are available for Aventura (Junior Pre-K through Elementary), and Hollywood and Miami Beach (Junior Pre-K through Middle School). Sign up at ytcte.org/bus

Lunch

Prices vary by meal and division. A general range is below.
$2.50-$5.90 per meal (Junior Pre-K through Middle School)
$9 per meal* (High School)
The lunch payment portal opens a few weeks before the beginning of the school year. Student meals can be purchased at the links below:

Dorm (Grades 9-12)

Dormitory only without Shabbos or weekday meals: $3,000
Full dormitory with meals: $6,000
