Our Esformes Early Childhood Center (EECC) division marks the beginning of the education experience at YTCTE. The warm, nurturing moros and teachers in our Junior Pre-K, Pre-K and Kindergarten carefully prepare our precious 3 to 5 year olds for success in elementary school, providing them with foundational skills they need to become lifelong learners, while developing their love for Yiddishkeit. The children’s academic, social and emotional growth is nurtured as they ask questions, laugh, explore and play in a loving, child-centered Torah atmosphere.
Every day is different in our EECC division, where our children love learning about the beauty and richness of their Jewish heritage and Mesorah. Whether it’s lessons that bring the Parsha to life, or experiencing the excitement of Torah and mitzvos, our students are engaged in hands-on learning and discovery through a combination of center-based activities, play and arts and crafts.

Our EECC educators support the skills being developed in the classroom with a variety of exciting co-curricular experiences, special yom tov workshops and after school clubs. Whether it’s a visit from the local fire department to build an understanding of the local community, making olive oil for Chanukah to experience the excitement of Yom Tov, or developing motor skills and an appreciation for the arts in music class, taught by the renowned Morah Music, there’s always something to encourage our boys and girls to discover the world around them and their unique abilities.
