Ms. Miri Osina

Meet Ms. Miri Osina

With many years of experience teaching in both New York and Florida,  and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Osina is nurturing, ambitious, and creative.  She brings joy to her class through her spontaneous and creative flair. Ms. Osina has previously taught in Yeshiva Darchei Torah in Far Rockaway and Magen David Yeshiva in Brooklyn and is the youth director for her shul. We are fortunate that Ms. Osina has been part of the YTCTE family since 2021.

What I Do

I am the Morah for Pre-K Secular Studies.  I believe structure and consistency are vital for running a productive and successful classroom. It also helps students to feel safe and confident throughout the day, which leads to increased joy and learning. I try to engage my students through lessons that instill life values in creative and meaningful ways.

How I Make a Difference at YTCTE

I create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for my students. I enjoy thinking out of the box for ways to make lessons even more meaningful and engaging.

My Favorite Part about What I Do

I love getting to know my students individually, not just as a class.  It is so rewarding to watch them grow to their fullest potential in my class and in the following years!

Parting Words

Close friends and family had shared with me the amazing sense of community and respect the staff in YTCTE have towards each other and when I moved down to Florida, I knew I wanted to be part of it!
