Meet Miss Chani Dreyfuss
A YTCTE alumna, with prior experience working alongside our administration and staff, Miss Dreyfuss is certainly no stranger to the YTCTE family! Miss Dreyfuss holds a Teacher’s Certificate from Chemdas Bais Yaakov Seminary, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and is working towards a Master’s in Education and Special Education. The dedication and joy that Miss Dreyfuss brings to her classroom is clear to all.
What I Do
As the second grade girls Kodesh teacher, I work on helping my students perfect their kriah and kesiva skills. I also focus on increasing Chumash skills and teaching the Parsha, Yomim Tovim and the entire Kodesh curriculum. Making the lessons exciting is my aim!
How I Make a Difference at YTCTE
I take pride in helping my students grow into Bnos Yisroel. I design my lessons meaningfully so that my students are able to see the beauty in Torah and Yiddishkeit.
My Favorite Part about What I Do
I truly love just seeing my students every day! Getting to watch as their faces light up with recognition when they are able to apply newly acquired skills to their learning is so rewarding.
Parting Words
So much of who I am is owed to YTCTE. I loved coming here as a student, and I continue to love it as a staff member. The environment in the school is just so upbeat and positive and it makes working here an absolute pleasure.
