Meet Rabbi Tzadok Picker
Learn Torah. Love Torah. Live Torah. This has always been the mission of Rabbi Tzadok Picker, and the driving force for him to become a Rebbe, first in Providence, Rhode Island and then in YTCTE. He learned in Bais Medrash Govoha for a number of years, completed the Aish Dos Teachers Training Certificate program and is passionate and enthusiastic about teaching Torah to the next generation.
What I Do
I teach the fourth grade boys Chumash, Mishnayos, Parsha and more while striving to instill the sentiment that Torah isn’t just “another” subject. Rather, it is the very vessel through which a person is built and developed.
How I Make a Difference at YTCTE
I try to show, by example, that Torah is not just something taught, but something lived. I work hard to connect with my talmidim, build their self confidence and their sense of mission.
My Favorite Part about What I Do
Continuing the unbreakable chain of Mesoras haTorah is truly a privilege as I watch my students ignite their inner spark.
