Meet Mrs. Ruchie Berger
Mrs. Berger’s expert communication skills combined with her warm and empathetic nature, enable her to deal with all situations with diplomacy, respect and sensitivity. Organized and efficient, she is always there to complete the task and ensure that the Yeshiva can run smoothly. As the ultimate “people person”, her skills make her ideally suited to present the Yeshiva and guide new families in the application and admission process.
What I do
Often the first person to meet prospective parents, I introduce them to YTCTE, take them on tours and walk them through the admission process to see if our Yeshiva is the right fit for their family. I work in partnership with Mrs. Julia Zaidenberg, and the rest of the admission team. I help run the Yeshiva’s various open houses and new parent events, track its recruitment and retention, and produce enrollment projections throughout the year. I also serve as the parent liaison for the YTCTE PTA, strengthening our connection to our YTCTE parent community.
How I make a difference at YTCTE
I try to make the application and admission process warm and welcoming for incoming families.
It is also very rewarding to see families appreciate the wonderful Yeshiva we are a part of, and feel proud and confident sending their children here every day.
My favorite part about what I do
I love coming to school every day and seeing the excitement that the children have to come to school, knowing that I am doing my part to help make that happen.
Parting Words
As a YTCTE parent, I am grateful for being in such an amazing work environment and seeing firsthand the beautiful chinuch being imparted to my children on a daily basis.
