Meet Mrs. Esti Palgon
Mrs. Palgon is an expert at bringing out the best in her students. Her creative teaching techniques, strong classroom management and dedication to every child create the type of learning environment where children thrive.
What I do
I create a warm, nurturing environment that allows all types of learners to be successful. I incorporate a lot of fun, hands-on experiences, so my students can fall in love with learning.
How I make a difference at YTCTE
I help my students feel good about their strengths, so they feel confident and empowered to master the skills and content we’re learning.
My favorite part about what I do
Connecting with my students, especially the ones with challenges who don’t feel good about themselves. By the end of the year, they’ve learned to identify, appreciate and develop their strengths, which builds their confidence.
Parting Words
I take pride in helping the school shape the next generation. I love that I’m able to provide my students with the skills and tools they need to become happy, wholesome, educated Bnos Yisroel.
