Meet Mrs. Esther Osina
Kind and empathetic, Mrs. Osina is a natural around children. As an assistant first, and now a lead teacher, she guides and supports her young students on their individual path to self-sufficiency in the classroom. On Shabbos, she once again spends her time with children, teaching Shabbos programs to youths from all walks of life.
What I do
My role involves teaching elementary students the curriculum while simultaneously modeling for them how to treat others in a respectful way. I try to be kind and understanding to my students, and I like structure and stability in a classroom so each student knows what will be expected of them.
How I make a difference at YTCTE
My goal is to form a class community, with an open mind and open heart, so that each child feels safe and will be able to learn their own capabilities.
My favorite part about what I do
I always try to do my personal best, but there is nothing as rewarding as seeing individual growth in each of my students.
Parting Words
I joined the YTCTE family after seeing how supportive the teachers here are to my own children, and I am so happy that I did.
